My car sustained storm damage caused by a sheet of metal. Everything was repaired perfectly. It looks perfect again. It's a shame the waiting list is so long, but otherwise, the service is excellent.

Really great service! My car mirror broke off in a collision, but it was installed in no time, despite the busy workshop. Friendly and clear communication. Highly recommended!

Don't let Vonk handle a windshield with sensors. I spent six months with them and the insurance company before it worked completely as before. They said to work with clean hands and gloves. I do wonder where the grease got from between the windshield and the sensor. They're also not very helpful; if you get a loaner car, you get the keys and have to figure out what kind of car it is and where it's located. I wouldn't recommend Vonk at all.

I wanted to request a quote for damage. I was told over the phone that this was possible. While assessing the damage, I was told there was a €150 appraisal fee and that a quote wasn't possible. I never received any communication or assistance from an employee who "didn't really seem to be interested in their work." These appraisal fees were supposedly "normal," and a quote wasn't possible. An hour later, I was helped in a friendly manner at another body shop. They were able to provide a quote. It's true that appraisal fees are "normal," but based on their story and customer service, they were able to make an exception. Out of curiosity, I asked about the appraisal fee, which was €80. It's quite remarkable that Vonk apparently needs twice that amount to assess a single scratch on the car. Perhaps they're good at repairing damage, but customer-friendly and clear in their communication? Absolutely not!
