"Our experience with this bodyshop has been extremely poor and disappointing. We feel ripped off. While the damage was initially underestimated, we were already underperforming under false pretenses. What should have been a professional repair has resulted in a vehicle in worse condition than before the repair. Demonstrably, more damage has occurred than repaired. The rear bumper is open, there's moisture in the taillights, the tow bar is damaged, and the tailgate and bumper are mounted crooked. Deep scratches are visible near the tailgate lock, and several scratches are visible on the side of the vehicle that weren't there before the repair. There's dust in the paintwork, which indicates sloppy work. There are visible signs of bending, and the gas dampers are defective. Furthermore, the filling of a crossmember was not carried out according to normal repair instructions and is unsafe. You replace a crossmember, not fill it. Furthermore, the vehicle sits unevenly on the road, and fuel consumption is excessively high. The car is unsafe to drive in this condition. Appointments are not being honored. Promises regarding contact and inspection have not been made. To make matters worse, a vehicle is simply delivered in this defective and unsafe condition, without the problems being properly resolved. Their approach does not inspire confidence and feels anything but professional. We strongly advise against having their car repaired here."

"I came here for damage to my right rear door. It was replaced, and I initially went home satisfied. The next day, I tried to start my car and immediately received an error message about the tire pressure. I found this strange, as I had had new tires installed a week earlier. Upon inspection, it turned out that these new tires were no longer on my car and had been replaced with Chinese tires. This had never been discussed with me, was never explained, and had nothing to do with the repair I was in for. When I brought this up, I was met with a negative response and no clear explanation. I was left feeling that I simply had to accept this."

"Ridiculous experience! You come here to have the damage someone else caused assessed. They say it will be at least €1000. This is confirmed by two people. You pay €125 for an estimate. In other words: the guy takes three photos, types something on his computer, and sends it to the insurance company. They clearly state that you will get this €125 back. And yes, you guessed it… I'll never see that €125 again. The icing on the cake is that you end up receiving less than half of the compensation for your damage. You ask the insurance company how this is possible, and they tell you that it's based entirely on the ASN report. Important to mention: Wesley is fantastic and genuinely wanted to think along and help. Frank, on the other hand, absolutely refused to help me and kept insisting he had done everything right, without being open to discussion or a solution. My car was damaged, but my trust took the biggest hit."
