A few years ago, we had our windshield replaced here. Initially, they were quite difficult about us wanting an original window, but they did install one. After picking it up, it turned out the car was covered in shards of glass. We didn't mention anything about the shattered window, sorry, but there might still be some shards inside. Now we have a chip in the windshield, but we will definitely go to another repair shop.
