I just called to ask when my car, which has been sitting there for about seven weeks, would be repaired. I was told they haven't started yet. When I asked if the parts had been ordered yet, I got the same answer: "We haven't had time yet." Their attitude was very laconic and disinterested, and they talked without much effort until the call ended. Oh well, I'm just a customer! Just because they're busy isn't a reason to treat a customer this way and not keep them informed.
