"I have had problems with the air suspension in my J120 Toyotal Land Cruiser since 2023. Today I brought the car to Garage Aslan where we agreed to replace the faulty air suspension with a coil suspension (using an Arnott C2410 kit - which we picked together last week). The service was outstanding—extremely fast (less than 4 hours), friendly, highly capable and above all honest. The work was completed in 3 hours and the price was lower than I could have expected in my wildest dreams. It was a massive relief for me having experienced problems with the suspension for years. Repeated visits to the Toyota Dealer in Haarlem, thousands spent on incorrectly diagnosed failts and failed repairs, and weeks on end with no car, and I was wondering whether I should even keep the car. After doing some research I ended up diagnosing the problem myself, and realised the air suspension in these old Land Cruisers can fail after several hundred thousand KMs. They are a nuisance - but somehow the experts in Toyota could never figure out the issue. Next thing was for me to make the choice of whether to fix it myself or get a pro to do it. I am really delighted I spoke to Aslan - he was the 2nd guy I spoke to, and although he is very busy but somehow made time to see my within a day. We ordered the springs (Arnott C2410 - Coil Conversion Kit) togethe in his garage and I came back a couple of days later. No nonsense, no doubletalk about what the problem may or may not be. I can recommend anyone in Haarlem who is tired of the lack of expertise of OEM dealers, and their habit of overcharging and misdiagnosing problems, give this guy a call. He is the best I have dealt with so far. I couldn’t be happier with the result and the service. From now on, I’ll be bringing my car here for everything."

"The owner is good. I think fair prices: around 230 euros (ex btw) for quick check, tester, routine replacement (oil, water, coolant, oil cap), advices and good wishes. The front office guy on the other hand seems shady, hassles with the offer, untrustworthy vibes, changes attitudes and not very polite. and like any sales man will play on your emotions. Hold you ground, better ask for the owner himself"
