"Never, ever buy a car here! These people are dishonest, pure scammers! Bought a car in May 2025 for €20,350, and after two months it was out of service, with €9,000 in damages! Zero goodwill! Zero after-sales service! The next garage diagnosed that they had installed a ring on the air conditioning pump the wrong way around, which was the ultimate cause of the damage! This caused the V-belt to overheat and break. These people have no skills or knowledge of modern cars, and the repairs they're supposed to perform are not done properly! You'll be responsible for any damage that occurs! February 13th: This company was supposed to respond completely, but the only response I received can be seen in the second photo! Zero customer service, -10 resolution!"

"Dealer not trustworthy. I was making the deal on my father’s behalf and I was not given a correct disclosure of the car’s condition. I was coming from abroad and I could only rely on the pictures posted in their website and the questions I could make over the phone. I was misled by what they told me. I was told the car had had one owner. When I got to the dealer, they then told me it had had three owners. Big lie here. I was told the car had no mechanical and no electrical issues. That was not correct. I got there and it had both electrical (lights did not work properly, parking sensors did not work, one power window didn’t either) and mechanical issues (more on this coming up) that were discovered once in my homeland when I had to go through the inspection. The underneath of the car was very rusted. I was told that it was cosmetic and that, had it been an issue, it would not have passed the inspection in the Netherlands, and that it had passed with no issues. Guess what, it did not pass my homeland inspection because of excess rust in critical components. My father ended up spending over 4,000€ to bring the car up to inspection standards (more than half the purchasing price of the car): All four disk brakes needed to be replaced All four break calipers and carrier assemblies needed to be replaced All break pads were replaced The entire air filter assembly needed to be replaced All four shock absorbing handles and all four suspension arms needed to be replaced The front suspension needed to be replaced The two front homokinetic joints needed to be replaced. And again, the above is just to bring the car up to inspection standards. I have all the receipts to prove all this. I will not go into the exterior of the car, but the car showed a couple of rust spots and it needed a fresh coat of paint; not to mention the highly scratched wheels. None of this is included in the over 4,000€ mentioned above. I then talked to the dealer to report on all this, and, apart from a subtle apology, they did not take any responsibility. In summary, I was not told the truth, and there was no attempt by the dealer to take any responsibility for their false claims about the car’s condition. I would not trust this dealer."

"just bought a BMW 318d - and I specifically asked weather is roadworthy - as I will drive it home 2200 km ! They said is fine and let me drive out the dealership with 2 worn out tyres - and have recklessly put me and my family in danger. outrageous. They knew I was goind to drive te car for 2200 km with tyres that can explode anytime.Unbelivable what thay did for maybe 50 - 100 euro worth of tyres! Beware - check everyting yourself - do not trust them. Later edit: from the dealers response it seems that if the car is sold for export. It is just fine to break the laws and put on the European roads a time bomb on wheels with worn out tyres.. Disaster waiting to happen. And of course do not tell the happy owner anything about the risks! . Thanks for the enlightment!"
