"I had a fantastic experience with Jordi at the car dealership. He is a genuinely nice guy who guided me through every step of the car-buying process. I came in with what I would consider a "junk car," which required numerous repairs, and I simply didn’t have the time or energy to deal with it. Jordi has an excellent eye for good deals and offered me a generous discount on a new car. He provided valuable advice on which vehicles would be a great fit for me, considering both quality and price. When purchasing a car from him, he ensures it comes with a new APK, so you won’t need to worry about that for a year. I truly appreciate the attention to detail he puts into his work. If you encounter any issues after your purchase, you can return to him, and he’ll help resolve them—often at no extra cost. For instance, after a week of getting my car, I asked him to install a CarPlay tablet. Within an hour, I had a brand-new tablet installed, and the work was impeccable—no scratches or issues whatsoever. I’m writing this review to show my appreciation for Jordi's outstanding service. He truly deserves the recognition! Thank you, Jordi! -Angelo"

"Dear all, My first impression of this garage is that they're friendly, try to help you as best they can, and are willing to help you even if you don't know much about cars. Nothing could be further from the truth. The first few times they try to make a good impression, but soon you run into minor irritations: - They don't take the time to have a proper conversation. - They're very generous with your time. If that happens once, you don't make a fuss, but after three or four times, you're done with it. The real deal broke when our old, trusted Focus started malfunctioning and we wanted to have it checked. The car was going to be expensive. We already knew that. We asked what we should do: was it time to look for a different used car, or would it perhaps still be worthwhile to repair the car? We needed a car for commuting the next day and had to make a choice on a fairly tight budget. "I wouldn't bother with it anymore, but we have a few other cars." There was a car for sale within our budget, but it just didn't look good. Not that it was dirty and covered in rust, but it simply wasn't to our taste. Feeling pressured to make a choice, we decided to trust the man who said, "Listen, I have kids myself and understand you want to be safe on the road." I took a test drive, with my limited knowledge of cars, and it seemed fine, except for a few minor issues, like a slightly loose side window, but oh well, we'll do it. "It's a great car, you know. Mazda makes really good cars, and like I said, I have kids myself; I definitely wouldn't let you drive off with scrap." Side note: We had our two-year-old daughter with us. We traded in our Focus, paid a little extra, transferred it, and that was that. Within a few days, the first problems surfaced. Where the car was advertised as being fuel-efficient, it actually got 90 mpg and 10 mpg. It was loud, but it was a simple old Mazda Demio, so we didn't think much of it. There were other issues, too, but they were the kind of minor ones you'd expect a mechanic to notice and report. A broken dashboard light, for example (nice if your wife discovers it after work in the evening, nice and safe too). We drove it for a few months with all the accompanying irritations, but we had a car. We were a bit suspicious, so we took it to another garage. He walked over and told us that the car was vibrating heavily and idling quite loudly. He lifted the hood and quickly told us what was wrong. The engine wasn't right, it was running on one cylinder less, and there were a few other issues, and fixing them would cost a lot of money. The car hasn't driven any differently or gotten louder over time, so that means those problems were already there when we bought it, and they weren't honest about them at APK Vithaven. Ultimately, I have one doubt and one certainty: 1. The doubt: Was the advice about our previous Focus at APK Vithaven honest, or did they see an opportunity to buy a car (that looked sporty, had a decent mileage) cheaply, repair it cheaply, and sell it for a high price? Scrap it, and we're done with that too... 2. What I'm certain of: We were undoubtedly screwed with that Mazda Demio. Conclusion? We'll never come back here. I can't prove anything anyway, because I don't know anything about cars. This was a while ago, but we had a similar problem later with the new Focus (well, new to us – after the Demio). The great guy at Car Professionals took a good half hour to explain all the aspects of the choice we were about to make, all in all, very pleasant. We listened to him, and our car came back looking like new. To top it all off, they vacuumed the inside, glued on a rubber seal I hadn't asked for, and I thought, "Look, this is how it can be done." (Photos of the cars in question are below.)"
