"I bought a car from them last Thursday, this car park being 200 km away from me, I called them the first time and they told me that the car was fine, so that I wouldn't have to drive that far, when I got there the car didn't start right away, but they said that the reason was that it had been sitting idle for a long time, I bought the car at 4 pm and I left with it to Amsterdam because I was starting work at 6 pm. Driving home after 70 km the car wouldn't go more than 110 km per hour and wouldn't go more than 3 thousand rpm, it shook us all the way home. I called them the next day, wanting my money back because they sold me something broken, and they recommended I go to a garage to have a test done. I went, I did the test, it turned out that the timing is not good, I called them and they barely answered and they said that the fault is the timing sensor, they sent me 2 sensors and I went to the mechanic and I changed them. The mechanic said that if I drive the car for another 100 km and it doesn't do what it used to do, it means it was the sensors, but if after 100 km it does the same thing, it's the timing. I drove it to work in Amsterdam yesterday, being 88 km away, before work on the highway it did the same thing as before. I called the car park again 3 times and they didn't even answer me. They make fun of their customers. If only they had the common sense to answer the phone. Be very careful what you buy from them. They erase the errors of the cars so they can be sold, the next day the lights come on in the dashboard and they tell you that I should have returned the car yesterday because it's not their fau."

"This company is a reputable one. I bought a car from Meriva. They held the car for me for a few days because I couldn't come earlier. They showed up on a Saturday around 11:00 AM and the car looked great. The people were very friendly and I drove the car. The car was in good condition, but the window wouldn't go down. I asked if they could fix it, and they did. Excellent service. This is a top-notch company."

"Great company! Friendly and they keep their promises. The cars are neatly presented on the lot. I bought a car that I hope to enjoy for a long time!👌🏼 Definitely recommended! Update 08-08-2024: One day after picking up the car, the air conditioning turned out to not be working (anymore). I contacted them and made an appointment to have it checked. After inspection, they couldn't figure out what the problem was. We agreed to return the following week. As agreed, I brought the car in yesterday, 07-08-2024. Picked it up this afternoon with working air conditioning! There was a leak that was apparently difficult to find. I received a video of the leak. I can only say that it's a great company with great service!👌🏼💪🏼"

"Highly recommended! I found the car on Marktplaats and was able to easily reach them by phone. Communication was smooth and easy, and I was even allowed to come by for a test drive around closing time, which I was given plenty of time for. After delivery, there were some minor issues with the car, and they resolved them promptly. All in all, excellent!"
