"The inspector was generally friendly, but unfortunately, my experience wasn't positive. After failing the first inspection, I took the issues to a garage. Everything was repaired properly, but during the re-inspection, my car failed again – this time due to a crack in the strut. According to the inspector, this was caused by the repair. Because this seemed unlikely, I inquired with several other garages. They confirmed that the damage couldn't have been caused by the repair. I also found it frustrating that scheduling the re-inspection was very difficult. The inspector was on vacation and wanted to do my car in between. I couldn't wait and was asked to simply leave my key behind, which was difficult because I don't live nearby. Finally, they made me feel grateful for a free re-inspection, even though the crack should have been noticed during the first inspection. All in all, this didn't feel like a professional or customer-friendly experience."

"A thorough inspection of all mechanical parts, brakes, lights, and everything related to the safety of the vehicle and its passengers is performed. The inspection can be repeated free of charge within fifteen days."

"I've been coming here for three years. I also find it valuable that you can look over your car and ask questions along the way. But the reason I came here is also worth mentioning: three years ago, a garage told me I'd have to spend almost €1,000 to pass my MOT; I didn't believe it. Then I went to this inspection station: it turned out there was absolutely nothing wrong! This is precisely why you should have your MOT performed at an independent inspection station and not at a garage, which has a vested interest in repairs (and supposedly does the MOT "for free"). I'd happily pay a few tens more for that."

"A good, honest inspection for a slightly higher price. They clearly explain what's being inspected and what needs to be repaired for a re-inspection. Friendly inspector, neat and clean workshop. Unfortunately, you can't pay by card, but that's no reason not to. In short, highly recommended."
