"Trust is what makes entrepreneurs successful. Unfortunately, I didn't find that in my experience with them. I lost extra money because of them. When I went to them for an MOT inspection, they said the tires were invalid. I then went to the tire manufacturer, and the employee assured me that my car tires were new and excellent, and only 13 months old. Then I decided to go to another garage for the MOT inspection, and to my surprise, they passed the MOT without any notes or problems. When I went back to Garage De Reulver and explained what had happened and asked them to refund my money, since they were right, there were three garages that confirmed that the tires didn't need replacing and that they were new. But they refused to refund my money. Because of them, I lost my money, a lot of fuel, and two days of time. This isn't good for the future success of any business. Unfortunately, I didn't get what I expected at Garage De Reulver. Ultimately, I wouldn't recommend them. Money isn't the only thing that's valuable in business. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend them."

"I've been coming here for my MOT for years, and these guys are always honest. Good advice, and they're really not too reluctant to go the extra mile or think along with you. Super honest too, and that is rare. This garage doesn't need to "rip off" customers for a few extra euros because they are busy enough and don't need any hassle on top of that. I had my almost 26-year-old car serviced and had its MOT and minor service, and they even arranged and installed a hard-to-find part, all for a very reasonable price. They also provided excellent assistance with a technical question afterward, and the mechanic put my mind at ease. I recommend everyone to have their car serviced here."
