I'm incredibly satisfied with the service at All Safe Mini Storage in Capelle aan den IJssel. Robert and Jarno, in particular, deserve a huge compliment. They're very friendly and patient with their attentiveness. They genuinely think along with you, provide clear explanations, and make you feel welcome right away. Nothing is too much trouble for them: whether it's choosing the right storage unit, answering questions, or helping with practical matters. Their professionalism, customer-focused service, and genuine commitment make all the difference. Thanks to Robert and Jarno, renting a storage unit was not only easy but also a pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for secure storage and who enjoys working with people who are passionate about their work!

Prices online are not accurate. I booked for a specific space for a long term Contract but when I got there to sign the contract they told me that their price online is not valid and that the price was 30% higher than the online one. I wonder if they are allowed to make fake promos online regarding prices while their price system is associated to the location already. A shame indeed. Competition is more accurate and reliable on pricing offers online.

Worst place ever to have your packages delivered. Over 6 packages and not once I had to wait less than 30 min for a 20 seconds transaction. Just stop being an option for delivery services since you aren’t capable to handle it. I will write the same to PostNL. Customer service : 0

I intended to sign a contract with them for 6 months and the service from their agent was incredibly low, he disrespected at all times, not willing to answer the questions, giving rude answers with actually no information regarding my question, I believe they are not selecting very well the profile of a person who has to be in contract people and clearly that person did not know what customer service means. I wish I could be helped by someone else as I think they offer good options
