"This store has much more than you'd think. When I was there last week and needed a specific part for the trailer, they told me it wasn't in stock. But they were able to order it, and I was able to pick it up after 2:30 PM that same day. Excellent service. Friendly staff. And plenty of free parking right outside."

"After speaking with Samsung about my cracked screen, they recommended having it checked at the official Samsung service center in Deventer. Before I could even begin to explain, the employee told me he didn't care what Samsung had said. Cracked screen means you have to pay! We don't need to discuss anything else."

"Skip this store and try Brezan, for example. I'm easily satisfied, but I've received very poor service here a few times. For example: I ordered speaker adapter rings for an Opel Astra. They turned out not to fit at all, even though I asked if I needed more information. When ordering over the phone, I also wanted the speaker connectors. The salesperson seemed confused but then firmly stated that ordering wasn't necessary. He thought they would have them in stock for pickup. Unfortunately, they didn't. So I had to cut off the connecting connectors in the car to connect them as separate wires. They also couldn't provide any further advice. Helpfulness doesn't seem to be a high priority. I also needed a touch-up pen; my color was sold out. The salesperson said they would have it in a week. I was very disappointed that it still hadn't been ordered after three weeks. That little bit of extra effort that ensures everything is in order is noticeably lacking at Kruitbosch. If you don't know something, how do you get it into your head to take such a bold guess? It's saved me a lot of extra effort."
