Warning about the air conditioning "service" of All-Round Car Service - Unreliable and Misleading I want to warn everyone about the practices of All-Round Car Service in The Hague, especially their "air conditioning refill" service. They lure you in with low rates, supposedly the cheapest in the region, but this turns out to be a trap to keep you coming back. After having my air conditioning refilled by them, my air conditioning only worked properly for one year. When I returned, they told me there was a "leak" and that I would have to pay again for a refill and repair. Every year, it's the same story: the air conditioning works fine for a while, but as soon as a refill is needed, I'm given a different reason for the malfunction. I suspect they only refill the air conditioning minimally, so it only works for a short time, forcing customers to keep coming back and ultimately paying much more. Even more worrying is that they also recommend repairs that may not be necessary at all. I would strongly advise anyone against having their air conditioning refilled or repaired here. Save yourself the frustration and expense and go to a reliable garage, even if it costs a bit more.

Beste All-Round Car Service, Jullie blijven echter voorbijgaan aan het belangrijkste punt in mijn ervaring. Zoals ik eerder aangaf, heeft mijn airco na een vulling bij een andere garage al bijna vier jaar probleemloos gewerkt, zonder enige vorm van lekkage of verlies van koelcapaciteit. Dit toont overduidelijk aan dat het probleem van tijdelijke werking na jullie service niet aan mijn aircosysteem ligt, maar aan de manier waarop jullie het hebben behandeld. Ik wil het nogmaals benadrukken: dit is geen vage "vermoeden" van mijn kant. Het feit dat mijn airco sindsdien zonder mankeren werkt, is voor mij sluitend bewijs dat er geen sprake was van een lek, zoals jullie meerdere keren hebben beweerd. Jullie diagnose van een lek en jullie terugkerende “oplossing” blijkt achteraf misleidend en onterecht. Ik hoop dat jullie de ervaringen van klanten als bewijs accepteren en serieus overwegen om deze werkwijze aan te passen. Eerlijkheid en transparantie zouden centraal moeten staan in een bedrijf met een lange geschiedenis. Waarschuwing: Voor wie overweegt om hier hun airco te laten vullen of repareren, wees gewaarschuwd. Deze garage lijkt bewust klanten afhankelijk te maken door tijdelijke oplossingen te bieden en onterechte diagnoses te stellen.

Dear All-Round Car Service, Thank you for your response, but I need to clarify a few things. As you suggested, I did indeed have my air conditioning checked by another, reputable garage. After that refill, my air conditioning has continued to work flawlessly for almost four years. This confirms to me that there is absolutely no leak in my system and that the problem was clearly with your service. You could say that "word of mouth" brings you customers, but based on my experience, this feels more like a way to retain customers through recurring charges. The repeated "leak" diagnoses I received from you simply seem like a way to keep charging customers for temporary refills. I understand that you have been in the industry for so long, but it's unfortunate that this makes me feel misled. It seems like you are using your reputation to reassure customers, while your approach is dishonest. I hope you take this feedback seriously, as I am not the only one who has had this experience. Nu voor het tweede jaar mijn APK hier laten doen. Is nog een ouderwetse garage, waar je praat met degene die ook aan je auto gewerkt heeft. Groot verschil in service, prijs en klankgerichtheid met de dealer. Hier wist ik vorig jaar al dat mijn banden de keuring dit jaar waarschijnlijk niet zou halen en wat dat me zou kosten. Verder geen verrassingen.
