"No respect for customer time. You go there, and they take your information and promise you a call, but they never call !! You spend an effort, and you call them back Thinking that it is maybe a human error, but the one answering the call showing no interest in helping you?! Unfortunately, it is obvious that they pick up their Clints based on their own measurement The moment one I entered the reception, I felt culture bias, that you could see it from the attitude!! I'm really very disappointed"

"On the plus side: - people are nice - I got a replacement car and a free car wash. However these things cannot compensate for: - poor repair: the damaged door was replaced but they left too wide a gap against the other door and now rain water sips behind the door - although it took 3 months to find an available spot to bring the car for repairs, there was still 2 postponements for a total of 1 extra week of delay - they are now saying to "come by and see if we can solve this for you" but what I would have expected to hear was "come by and we will solve this".... not "see if""

"A marten (weasel-like mammal) bit thru some of my cables. ABS Pijnaker repaired everything perfectly and as a bonus cleaned the car both from the inside and outside. Friendly staff and clear communication!"
