"I've always had good experiences with them in the past, but my last one was very disappointing. When I picked it up, no one even came out to show me what and how they had repaired the damage. The next day, when I took a closer look in daylight, I discovered scratches in the paint on the part that hadn't been repaired (had it shifted on the dirty stand it had been standing on? It almost looked like it had been on the ground). The part that had been sprayed had dents. After contacting them, it turned out this part hadn't been replaced, but repaired, despite the fact that they had indicated it would be replaced. They did politely offer to polish away the scratches, which obviously takes another day, and luckily I can do it myself, but if you can't, they at least try to think along. While polishing, I also noticed that the sprayed and repaired part had been sloppily repaired, especially the part where the damage was. The paintwork before the correction is a 4; after correction (three-step polishing, all dust particles removed), it's a meager 6. It was all very sloppy, although the contact was otherwise good and friendly, and the solution offered was probably good, but I can't say for sure. Therefore, two stars instead of one. It must have been very busy due to all the damage from the ice and snow, but our appointment was scheduled a month before, so that's no excuse. I would strongly advise going elsewhere based on this experience (they've apparently recently taken over, which might have something to do with it)."

"Bad company, didn't keep their promises, and then waited 2.5 years. The car was ready, so I put it together myself. Now there are bubbles in the paint. They refuse to fix it, don't call back, can't even go in, and no one is supposedly there to take care of it. The company has also been taken over by someone who worked there before and wants the benefits without the hassle. It's a Chevrolet Impala."
