"ABS Roermond – Very disappointing service My experience with ABS Roermond was unfortunately extremely disappointing. The wait time for my car to be repaired was extremely long, which was an unpleasant start to the process. I had indicated beforehand that I would like an automatic replacement car. However, upon arrival, I was told that this was not available, so I had to accept another car. Although I agreed to this, it felt anything but professional. The repair itself ultimately took over a week. When I got my car back, I found it in very poor condition: the interior was dirty and there were paint residues from the paintwork on various plastic parts, which I was fortunately able to remove myself. To make matters worse, I also discovered a large scratch on the steering wheel, which wasn't there before the repair. When I tried to discuss these issues with the staff, they were denied and no solution was offered. The feeling of being ignored as a customer and receiving no recognition for the mistakes that were made is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ABS Roermond. I advise future customers to think carefully before having their car repaired here."
