When I drove by to get an estimate of the cost of repairing parking damage to my car, I could only schedule an appointment for two weeks later. At that appointment, the receptionist accompanied me to my car to take photos, and I was told I'd receive a quote by email. Why they couldn't take those photos immediately the first time I drove by is a mystery to me. It's been over a week now, and I still haven't received a quote. Other companies in the area can provide an immediate estimate of the cost of repairing damage, so I would definitely pass on ABS Autoherstel.

Unreachable by phone. Arrived at the agreed-upon time. Appointment isn't in their system. They make you wait an hour and still nothing. Better find another repair shop!

I brought my Volvo XC90 to them to assess the repair cost for damage in the bumper, under instruction of my insurance company. The decorative steel block in the bumper was severely damaged as a motor bike hit the bumper of my car. They did not want to replace the damaged steel block, because placing a new steel block will give me unfairly benefit! They did not provide any other option to repair the damaged steel block. They ask me to pay for it instead of their partner insurance company. I wonder how integer the ABS damage assessors (particularly the assessor who I had) are. They are so focused on saving money of insurance company rather than serving the clients. It rang the alarm bell about their service and business/personal integrity. Obviously, I got out of them sensing the possible malpractice. Stay away from them.

On August 6th of this year, I had an appointment for a damage assessment at 10:00 AM in Nieuwegein. We weren't helped until around 11:00 AM. We took photos of the damage and all sides of the car, and after 10 minutes we were done. The damage would be reported to the repair shop with a quote. On September 10th, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called and finally got through to someone after five attempts. There was no record of my license plate. The person who took the photos might still have them on their phone. So, I didn't do anything with the photos, didn't schedule anything, and so I waited even longer. Extremely poor experience; the word "service" doesn't apply here.

The garage provided excellent service. I went there for repairing the rear bumper of my car. They did it very well also provided good servicing to the car. Very Happy! :)
