"We found this repair shop through the ANWB (Dutch Automobile Association). It's a reasonable garage, but their communication with the ANWB seemed a bit disorganized, I think. They clearly sent photos of the damage and told us what needed to be repaired. Eventually, the car was repaired, and when we got home, we saw scratches and other damage. We received an email from the ANWB saying that the damage claim of 1095 euros had been paid to the repairer. Well, what they repaired wasn't really worth 1000 euros, and the other damage was still there. After waiting so long for everything to be repaired, we thought, oh well, never mind, we've been so busy already... I don't feel like chasing it again."
