"Doesn't even deserve one star. I told them I'd be home between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM so they could tow my car. They then agreed they'd actually be there after 5:00 PM. Then, at 5:00 PM, I received a WhatsApp message saying they wouldn't be working after 5:00 PM and wouldn't be picking up the car. The first impression you give is that you make appointments you can't keep. Absolutely disrespectful, and a ridiculous way to run a business. I was looking for a regular garage, and this definitely wasn't going to be it."
