"A bit of a strange policy here... I came from Katwijk to Alphen to look at a car. When I got there, it turned out that some cosmetic issues weren't shown in the photos... But the strangest thing was that I couldn't take a test drive. That would have cost the company too much, and the car had been cleaned?? If I drove it, I had to buy it first... The man who helped me also seemed a bit indifferent. It would have been nice if the company had told me over the phone that test drives weren't possible, as this isn't a standard policy when buying a car. It would have saved me a trip to Alphen, as I didn't buy a car there."

"For these reasons, I'm giving one star: 1. It has no credibility whatsoever; the photos posted don't match reality at all; there's a huge discrepancy. 2. He might be a good person (I don't know), but he doesn't know how to interact with customers. In other words, he's not cut out to be a salesperson."
